💳 Payment Methods

• Online Card Payment (WayForPay): Secure and instant payment directly on the website using Visa / Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed through a secure official gateway.

• Payment Upon Receipt (Postpaid): Payment after inspecting the goods. Depending on the delivery method, you can pay:

  • At a "Nova Poshta" Delivery Service Branch: by cash or credit card.

  • To the delivery service courier: by cash or credit card (via the courier's terminal).

  • At a Parcel Locker: online card payment via the "Nova Poshta" delivery service app (before opening the locker).

  • Note: When paying upon receipt, the carrier ("Nova Poshta") charges a money transfer fee (20 UAH + 2% of the order amount).

• At Local Pickup: by cash at our warehouse.

• Bank Transfer (IBAN): Official payment to the business bank account via online banking, bank teller, or terminal.

🚚 Delivery Methods

• "Nova Poshta" Delivery Service (Branch or Parcel Locker): Delivery time within Ukraine is 1–3 days. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates and paid by the buyer upon receipt.

• Courier Delivery (by "Nova Poshta" service): Address delivery to your door. Courier services are paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.

• Local Pickup: You can pick up your order in person from our warehouse free of charge by prior arrangement. Address: 5 Tsiolkovskoho St., Zhytomyr, Ukraine.

Official manufacturer or store warranty. The exact warranty period is specified in the characteristics of each specific product. Consumables (tips, fluxes, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt.

• Mandatory condition: the product must be unused, have no signs of installation or soldering, and must retain its original appearance, complete set, factory seals, and intact original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

• For products of proper quality (e.g., you changed your mind) – the buyer pays for the return shipping costs.

• In case of a factory defect or store error (product of improper quality) – the store covers the return shipping costs.
