Original MiniWare Replacement Tips for TS100 / TS101
Original replacement tips manufactured by MiniWare are designed specifically for the TS100 and the updated TS101 smart soldering irons. This is a high-tech monolithic design in which the ceramic heating element, temperature sensor, and working tip are combined into a single inseparable module.
This engineering solution guarantees minimal heat loss, instant reaction to cooling, and fast heating to working temperature (only 9-11 seconds). The tips are made of high-quality copper and stainless steel with a special multi-layer electroplated coating.
Official Assortment (9 modifications):
- TS-B2 (Conical): Basic universal tip (0.5 mm radius). Suitable for a wide range of standard soldering tasks.
- TS-BC2 (Bevel): Popular tip with a 2 mm flat cut. Excellent choice for pad tinning and soldering SMD components.
- TS-C1 (Small Bevel): Miniature flat cut (1 mm). Excellent for precise soldering of small SMD components where BC2 is too large.
- TS-C4 (Large Bevel): Massive tip with a 4 mm cut. Designed for heat-intensive work, thick wires, and large polygons.
- TS-D24 (Chisel): Flat tip (2.4 mm), convenient for desoldering, contact cleaning, and through-hole part soldering.
- TS-I (Fine Pointed): Thin and sharp tip (0.2 mm radius) for precision micro-soldering, smartphone repair, and micro-trace restoration.
- TS-ILS (Extended Fine Pointed): Extended version of TS-I. Provides better access in tight spots on densely packed boards.
- TS-K (Knife): Versatile massive knife-shaped tip (5 mm blade). Optimal for connectors, massive parts, and removing solder with a wick.
- TS-KU (Fine Knife): Scaled-down version of the knife (3 mm length) for more delicate work on densely packed boards.
