Original MiniWare Replacement Tips for TS80 / TS80P / TS1C
Original premium replacement tips manufactured by MiniWare, designed specifically for the TS80, TS80P smart soldering irons line, and the innovative TS1C wireless soldering station.
The main engineering feature of these tips is the unique 3.5mm plug connector (similar to an audio jack). It allows for hot-swapping the tip (plug-and-play) in one motion, without using additional tools or unscrewing fasteners. The ceramic heating element and thermocouple are integrated directly into the monolithic tip body, minimizing heat loss and ensuring heating in 8-10 seconds.
Official assortment of original tips (5 modifications):
- TS-B02 (Conical): Basic universal tip (0.5 mm cone radius). Optimal choice for most standard soldering tasks.
- TS-BC02 (Bevel): Tip with a flat cut (2 mm area). Excellent for comfortable contact tinning, fast SMD component soldering, and flux work.
- TS-D25 (Chisel): Wide flat tip (2.5 mm width). Ideal for desoldering, cleaning contact pads from old solder, and soldering through-hole components.
- TS-J02 (Bent Conical / Hook): Thin sharp tip with a bend at the end (0.2 mm radius). Essential for precision micro-soldering under a microscope, allowing easy access to contacts in dense PCB layouts.
- TS-K4 (Knife): Massive versatile knife-shaped tip (4 mm blade width). Optimal for heat-intensive work: soldering connectors (e.g., XT60), thick wires, and removing solder with a copper wick.
